Upcoming: PWR Live: Pak! Ganern!

06/27/2019 01:48:24 AM

Philippine Wrestling Revolution is set to unfold its sixth season this Sunday at the Power Mac Center Spotlight in Circuit Makati.

With the new season comes a new breed of champions as well as a new bunch of stories to tell; but moreover, PWR named its June 2019 event Pak! Ganern! as paying homage to the budding Pride Month.

PWR: Pak Ganern will not only feature an All Out Warla match for the second successive show but also, another Matira Matibay bout and a whole lot more of wrestling affairs. It's time to GET LOUD and BE PROUD once again.

One of the matches headlining the event is the All Out Warla match between All Out War champion Martivo and challenger Kapitan Juan Tutan. This is going to be a naughty and nice affair. Will Martivo be able to keep his hot streak going against the victor of the Wrevolution X Battle Royal contendership match?

Meanwhile, Ralph Imabayashi may have lost the PWR Championship but never without a fight, and come to this PWR Live show, he will challenge QUATRO to another showdown for the said title. This may be The Lightbringer's first defense as Kampeon Ng Pilipinas – but it will be contested under Matira Matibay stipulation. Will the new champ be able to withstand another grueling affair against this young-yet-longest reigning PWR Champion of all time?

But what's a PWR Championship celebration without Mahabang Usapan, right?

Chino Guinto finally reclaimed his title this past Wrevo X in a very impressive fashion. However, its previous title-holder issued a challenge. Can The Golden Boy prevail in his first Philippine Excellence championship defense?

Meanwhile, the Kakaibros emerged in their three-way dance against The Naughty Boys and The YOLO Twins and wound up taking home the PWR Tag Team Championship with them. But the duo of Yohan and Logan Yollores is determined to get the golds back on their helm. Will they be successful in this rematch challenge?

As always, PWR has its international flavor infused in it. This time, reigning Wrestle-1 Champion T-Hawk makes his PWR debut by taking on Vlad Sinnsyk. Don't sleep on this possible grudge match between The Walking Hand of Justice and this Oriental Wrestling Entertainment & All Elite Wrestling Star.

Another similar match is taking place, and it will Jake De Leon's protege, Bolt, going up against the debuting Shaukat from MyPW. Can the anime-zing fighter withstand Malaysia's Prophet of Pain?

The team of Robynn and Jaye Sera will meet the Naughty Boys duo of Jhemherlhynn and GrabCamus in a tag team match.

There's also a fatal-4-way tag team match taking place. Who among The Endgame (The Apocalypse and Super Vintendo), MSG (Sandata and Main Maxx), The Network (James “Idol” Martinez), and the team of Dax Xaviera and Gatilyo will emerge victorious in this chaotic tussle?

Capping the entire card of PWR Live: Pak Ganern is four matches to determine the next challenger for the PWR Championship: Jake de Leon vs. Jan Evander;  Mike Madrigal vs. Zayden Trudeau; Cali Nueva vs. Ken Warren; and Chris Panzer vs. Revo Ranger.

PWR Live: Pak Ganern is taking place at the end of the month (30 June 2019) at the Power Mac Center Spotlight, Circuit Makati, Makati City. Bell tolls at 2:00PM.
