P.A.  Properties Hankyu Hanshin Corp, the joint venture between P.A. Alvarez Properties and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp, in partnership with SMCC Philippines, Inc., formally held the Precast Installation for its newest residential community, Idesia San Jose del Monte.
