Hoppler awards 2018 best brokers and partners

02/12/2019 01:00:40 AM

After a very successful year in 2018, online real estate startup Hoppler is aiming to replicate the feat this 2019.

Ramon Ballesca Jr.,  Hoppler CEO, said the growth that they experienced in the previous year is a result of the hard work and dedication the brand has put to make their presence felt. And as a result, Hoppler has achieved new milestones, thanks to its 600 active members.

In 2018, more than 900 real estate brokers and more than 1,500 property owners had listed their properties online on Hoppler. More so, the company also closed at least 1 deal with more than 150 brokers (be it individuals or agencies), totaling more than 200 high-end property sales and leases from the secondary market.

As a result of having a very good year, Hoppler hosted the Partner Brokers' Kick-Off Party last 31 January 2019 at Manila House Private Club in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. This real estate startup recognized their partners thru giving them awards. Among them was Partner Broker of the Year Harold Vargas of HV Realty, Listing Partner of the Year John Rey Zulueta from Jones Lang LaSalle, and Real Estate Agency of the Year Re/Max Capital. Meanwhile, the most prestigious distinction of the afternoon,  the Industry Leader Award, was awarded to Mr. Robert Sarmiento, owner of Robert G. Sarmiento Realty.

In addition, Ballesca has unveiled what to expect for 2019, including bank financing recommendations from local banks.

As buyers view properties on Hoppler’s website, they will see the loan amount they qualify for based on the rent or selling price of the listing. Aside from that, there will also be an inclusion of CPD credits in the company’s events for brokers and an expansion initiative to new cities, particularly in the north and south of Metro Manila.

“There are many real estate professionals in areas like Quezon City and Alabang.  We want to show them how they can grow their business through Hoppler,” Ballesca says.

In spite of the success, Hoppler said the past year was just the starting point. They are on the verge of even expanding thru more cities, connection with more brokers, and more homes to be put on.  With the same determination, the online real estate startup is expecting to achieve even more milestones in 2019.
