OPPO introduces 1-Hour Flash-Fix Service

As a moving step towards its commitment to provide excellent customer service to its customers, OPPO introduced the 1-Hour Flash Fix program that gives customers the quickest smartphone repair and consultation, all in less than 60 minutes.


The 1-Hour Flash Fix Service is OPPO's fast fix service program that guarantees quick and excellent repair services by OPPO-certified technicians in any of their service centers in the Philippines. Special compensation awaits should it reach beyond the guaranteed coverage: specifically, customers will instantly receive OPPO merchandise items through a computer-based freebie roulette game. Some of these selections include signature umbrellas, pens, micro USB cables, earphones, and VOOC Charge power bank. 

The said service is free of charge unless your smartphone requires replacement or new internal parts installed. However, if the smartphone is still covered by the warranty and the damage is not caused by negligence, it will be repaired and changed for free.

The 1-Hour Flash Fix program aims to make OPPO smartphone repair service and consultations more convenient with lesser waiting time while observing superior quality service,” said Kent Zhang, OPPO Philippines Director of Customer Service.

OPPO claims to have the most branches offering customer service that is managed directly by the brand. 

At this time, OPPO's 1-Hour Flash Fix program is available to 3 OPPO Service Centers. Anyone can either drop by or make reservations online to visit their designated stalls at SM North EDSA and SM Manila. On the other hand, SM Marikina currently accepts walk-ins only. 

However, the company aims to make it more accessible by preparing to include the 20 remaining OPPO service centers nationwide, as well as the 30 OPPO concept stores.

In related news, OPPO recently introduced a service-themed mobile app. OPPO Service is a mobile application that allows users to check the repair prices of OPPO smartphones, locate nearby stores and service centers, monitor repair processes, and do online consultations. 

Ar present, the app is available on F9 units only, but the mobile phone brand will announce the availability of the OPPO Service on all the OPPO smartphones soon.
