Fastfood giant McDonald's released recently a video that embodies the unique, Filipino spirit of togetherness.
For the most part of the year, the majority of us spent the time away from our loved ones. We rarely have seen them eye-to-eye as sacrifices are made. Specifically, parents working abroad and missing their children’s milestones, or weekend work making us miss a peaceful Sunday at home with family. And for a lot of people who didn't have time off on Sundays, Christmas serves as one of the times where precious moments and gatherings took place.
That said, catching up over your McDonald’s favorites makes it a little bit better to make time for all of the times apart that can never be brought back.
“Filipino gatherings are unique for all the laughter and happiness it brings. Nothing beats the time spent with loved ones. May it be a big gathering or a quick catch-up, having it over your McDonald’s favorites makes it even more special,” shares Christina Lao, Marketing Director for McDonald’s Philippines.
