Better With Beer is a new festival that showcases the very best of Hong Kong’s buzzing craft brewing scene. Featuring over 150 beers from more than 20 20 breweries and distributors, the two-day event will take place on Friday 15 & Saturday 16 September 2023 at Central Harbourfront, and Early Bird tickets are on sale now priced from HK$400 – including unlimited free-flow beer!
As well as all manner of tasty brews, the festival will feature live music, a wide variety of food outlets, a selection of lively outdoor games, and much more across three four-hour sessions.
The first group of brewers and distributors to be announced includes Brews Over Borders, Carbon Brews, Heroes Beer Co, H.K. Lovecraft , Hong Kong Beer Co, MiMi Beer, Moonzen Brewery, Owlsome Brothers, Young Master Brewery, HIGHERTHAN by Young Master, and Yardley Brothers, with many more to be added soon.
“I know many beer fans will be looking forward to getting together to celebrate their favourite breweries, and to discover and try new breweries, beer styles, and flavours,” says Jason Lowe, Co-founder of HK Brewcraft and Heroes Beer Co, and President of the Craft Beer Association of Hong Kong.
But there’s much more to the festival than beer, says Matt Jones, Better With Beer Event Director. “With live music stages, comedy, quizzes, wonky outdoor games, irresistible food stalls, a bizarre bazaar with live workshops, beer garden and incredible brewery stands, Better With Beer is the ultimate celebration of the skill and creativity of Hong Kong craft.”
Early Bird tickets for Hong Kong’s ultimate craft beer festival are now on sale at Ticketflap, with session passes starting from HK$400. Group discount packages are available, with prices starting from HK$1,520 for groups of four. All ticket types include free-flow beer.
