Newsletter: Dexcon Sari-Sari Slam will be a show full of homecomings and bodyslams

Dexcon returns this October with Sari-Sari Slam on October 18th and 19th!

The meet and greet will happen on October 18 (Saturday) at Hobby Stadium. The wrestling show for Dexcon Sari-Sari Slam will be at Brawlpit Bulusan on October 19 (Sunday). 

 

Sari-Sari Slam will have our top local wrestlers and some of our kababayans coming home to wrestler for the first time in the Philippines!!!

International Dream Match

Chelsea Marie vs. Lacey Lane

 

Ate Lacey is coming home! Lacey Lane (fka Kayden Carter of WWE) is making her pro wrestling debut in the Philippines against Chelsea Marie. The former WWE and NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion is ready to show the Pinoy Pro Wrestling audience just what she’s made of. Chelea Marie, however, is looking to spoil Lacey’s homecoming. The main event Vixen has her fair share of facing the best of the SEA scene such as TJPW’s Yuki Kamifuku and Crystal. Will Lacey get the victory, or will Chelsea Marie get the big win?  This is a clash of international greatness and homegrown pride—an encounter that will redefine women’s wrestling in the Philippines. Do not miss it!

Jake De Leon vs. Kidd Bandit 

“The Protagonist” Kidd Bandit will face the Filipino Fighting Rooster Jake De Leon in a once-in-a-lifetime match! Both have battled some of the best in the world such as Zack Sabre Jr., but now it’s time to face each other in this international dream match. Will Kidd Bandit topple the "Big Bad of Pinoy Wrestling"? Or will Jake De Leon show Kidd Bandit that he is the superior wrestler?

Carlo Cannon (c) vs. Robin Sane

“The Serial Thriller” Robin Sane is about to face yet another big obstacle in the form of Carlo Cannon. Carlo is known for launching opponents across the ring. Can Carlo keep up with the lightning speed of The Serial Thriller? This clash of power versus speed is one you cannot miss. Will Robin Sane play spoiler to Carlo’s homecoming and get the gold? Or will Carlo Cannon show Robin Sane a beautiful death and retain the MyPW World Championship? 

Hotdog vs Burger

Hotdog San Jose vs. Cheeseburger Kid

Cheeseburger Kid makes his return to the Philippines. This time he will face a very interesting challenge in the form of Hotdog San Jose. The Pinoy Luchadog, a proud native of Ilocos, has been secretly training at Ring Sessions—and loading up on hotdogs to beef himself up. But make no mistake, Cheeseburger Kid is ready to bring the fight to anyone who stands across from him. It’s an international dream…no..it’s an international food fight happening at Sari-Sari Slam!

Fabio Makisig vs. Emman

Emman of SPW, a Pinoy Young Lion from Singapore steps into a true rite of passage in Philippine Wrestling.  At Sari-Sari Slam he faces none other than Fabio Makisig, the Ace of Philippine Wrestling.  In Pinoy Wrestling, a Young Lion must prove himself against the Ace, and this will be Emman’s ultimate test. Fabio has defeated the best from the likes of Zack Sabre, Jr., Jake De Leon and many others. If Emman wants to prove he’s one of the best in SEA, he must stand across the ring to face the Bakunawa himself. 

Isaiah Valencia vs. Jack Alexander

The Pinoy Supernova Isaiah Valencia has shown he belongs in the ring with names like Chris Brookes, Jonathan Johnson, Robin Sane, Da Butcherman, and JDL. This time, he goes head-to-head with another rising star—Jack Alexander. Known as the Shaman of Secret Sauce, Jack has already made his mark against talents like Shivam and Wonderboy. Word is that the “secret sauce” he’s been sipping might just be Mang Tomas, giving him that extra bite in the ring. Now the question is: which of these young lions will rise above the other at Sari-Sari Slam?

Dexcon returns to Hobby Stadium in Quezon City for the Meet and Greet and the Wrestlebazaar. October 18 will be a Saturday that fans will remember. 

Wrestlebazaar has FREE entry for the fans who will attend Sari-Sari Slam Day 1. Meet fellow fans, buy wrestling merch, and don’t forget to enjoy the food at Hobby Stadium. The paid Meet and Greet will feature Lacey Lane, Carlo Cannon, Chelsea Marie, JDL, Robin Sane and more!
