 P.A. Properties, through its affiliate P.A. Residences, has officially finalized the sale of a property to Onzal Development Corporation, marking a significant milestone in the continued development of The North Grove in Caloocan City. The deal was sealed during a ceremonial signing at the F&M Building in Makati City.

Masyado na yatang baliw ang mundo, ano? Basta kahit saan, naglipana ang mga mapagsamantala. Akala mo sa mga pampubliko lang mambibiktima, yun pala nasa sarili mong bakuran mismo ay harap-harapan kang titirahin. Pag hindi nga makluha ang gusto nila mas dadaanin pa sa dahas eh.

Parang itong nangyari sa Caloocan: isang batang nagbebenta lamang ng pandesal, aba’y hinoldap pa!
