Japan’s top tier idol group Sakurazaka46 released their second album, Addiction, on Wednesday, April 30, everywhere out here. This album contains 24 songs in total, including the title track and coupling songs from the 5th single, "Sakurazuki," released in 2023, to their latest single, "UDAGAWA GENERATION," and their new song, “Addiction”, exclusively written for this album. Addiction also includes a remix song “I want tomorrow to come -Naeleck Remix-“from the famous French DJ, Naeleck, an artist with over 1 billion streams and multiple gold and platinum certifications, ranked the 4th most internationally successful French artist in 2023, and other five songs newly remixed by worldwide well-known DJs. Where he says “It’s so great to be able to remix the band. I loved the original track and immediately got inspired to remix it into a club/festival banger.”

MTV revealed nominations for the 2024 MTV EMAs. Taylor Swift leads the pack with seven nods, including “Best Artist,” “Best Video,” “Best Pop” and “Biggest Fans.” Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Charli xcx and Sabrina Carpenter all scored five nominations each, appearing in categories such as “Best Song,” “Best Video” and “Best Artist.” Closely following with four nominations each are Ayra Starr, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, LISA, plus first-time nominees Chappell Roan and Tyla.
