Milk Chance drops their official cover of hit song 'Tainted Love'

12/04/2021 10:26:06 AM

Hit-making German duo Milky Chance has recently shared  the official video for their cover of the Gloria Jones song (later popularized by Soft Cell) Tainted Love.

Featured on the group’s recent Trip Tape mixtape, the track is completely recast here as a paranoid fantasy in which Milky Chance’s Clemens Rehbein appears bloodied and bewildered (but from what?). Shot in Berlin by frequent Milky collaborators Sebastian Ganschow & Vincent Sylvain, the video adds an unsettling new chapter to a song with an already unlikely history dating back to its original release in 1964.

Milky Chance, the 5+ billion streaming two-man group has its recent single Colorado reached  #4 at Alternative Radio in the US and managed to rack 65 million global streams. The duo is  currently on a US tour of some of their largest venues to date with many dates already sold out. The list as follows
